Grade: our grades of Excellent, Good and Fair describe appearance only, so a Fair phone works just as perfectly as an Excellent one and costs less.
Battery: battery health is checked and stated on every listing, from 80 to 84 percent on Fair up to 91 percent or above on Excellent.
Network: check the listing for the network status of the handset so you know it will work with your SIM.
Guarantee: every phone is backed by the 24 month Mintro Guarantee, which is two full years of cover against faults.
