Battery health 91% or above

Light scuffs or surface marks only, no deep scratches or dents.

Clear cosmetic wear with scratches and scuffs but no cracks, fully working.

Battery health 80 to 84%

How every device is tested before listing

Every laptop is tested with Blackbelt diagnostic software before it is listed and sold with a Blackbelt Tested Certificate showing what was tested, the results and the battery health.

Every key pressed individually.

Trackpad, hinges and all ports checked.

Webcam, speakers and WiFi checked.

Battery cycle count checked on MacBooks.

Accounts removed and the machine fully wiped.

Warranty, returns & delivery

Every laptop is covered by the 24 month Mintro Guarantee against faults, which is two full years of cover. Accidental damage, water damage and misuse are not covered.

Buy online and you have 14 days from the day your order arrives to change your mind, just pay the return postage. Faults are dealt with under the Mintro guarantee.

Delivery is tracked and insured, and we dispatch within 1 working day. Higher value laptops travel by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
