How We Grade Phones
Be honest about condition. Your offer is based on it.
On battery health we grade Excellent at 91 percent or above, Good at 85 to 90 percent and Fair at 80 to 84 percent. Below 80 percent we will still look at it. We price in the cost of a new battery and tell you before you commit.
