Add each piece separately. We value every item on its own carat and weight. Weight is the total for the row. If you have 3 identical rings, set Qty to 3 and enter their combined weight.

Gold items require ID before we can send your postage label. Your documents are only ever seen by our staff.

This goes on the postage label as the sender, so we can get the item back to you if anything goes wrong. It is not where you have to post from — you can drop the parcel at any Post Office or Royal Mail point.

Find your nearest drop-off point — Post Offices, lockers and parcel postboxes.

Only choose buyback if you genuinely want your item back. Don't pick it if you don't want to see your item again.
