What the sponsorship involves
From this season the Mintro name will be part of match day at Edgeley Park. Supporters will see us on the pitchside LED boards, in the match day programme and up on the scoreboard.
The partnership also includes hospitality and match tickets, and we plan to share them with our community. Keep an eye on our social channels and in our stores for how to get involved.
Why Stockport County
For our founder, James Moore, this one is personal. James was born in a two up two down terrace in Reddish, a short trip from Edgeley Park.

Stockport is also home to one of our eight stores, on Princes Street in the town centre. Our team there serves County fans every day of the week, so backing the club that means so much to the town felt like the natural thing to do.

North West roots, eight local stores
James started on the shop floor in 2009 and worked his way up to owning eight stores. In September 2026 all eight became Mintro, an independent brand for buying and selling pre owned phones, technology, jewellery, gold and watches.
You will find us in Manchester, Salford, Bolton, Rochdale, Stockport, Blackpool, Bradford and Huddersfield. Every store is run by a local team. Every item we sell is tested and verified, with a 24 month Mintro Guarantee on qualifying products.
Shared values
Community. A football club belongs to its town, and so does a good high street shop. Both exist because local people walk through the doors.
