Online purchases: your right to cancel
If you buy goods from us online, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
To cancel, contact us at stockport@mintro.co.uk with a clear statement of your decision before the 14 day period ends. You must then return the goods to us without undue delay, and in any event within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. You are responsible for the cost of return unless the goods are faulty or were sent in error. We recommend you use an insured, tracked service, as you remain responsible for the goods until they reach us.
We will refund all payments received from you, including standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or your proof of return, whichever is sooner. We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and function of the goods.
The right to cancel does not apply to sealed audio, video, or software products once they have been unsealed. This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty or not as described.
Faulty goods and your statutory rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods we sell must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality, taking into account that they are pre-owned and the grade and price at which they were sold. If an item you buy from us is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Please contact us as soon as you become aware of the problem. Any guarantee or warranty we offer is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
Items you sell to us
When you sell an item to us, you are not the consumer in the transaction and the 14 day cancellation right does not apply. A standard outright sale to us is final once completed. If you want to keep the option to get your item back, choose our Buyback service, which is explained in our Terms and Conditions.
