The grade describes appearance only. Every handheld we sell is fully tested, and whatever the grade, performance is never affected.

Excellent Grade A

Looks like new or very close to it, no marks visible under normal light, battery health 90 percent or higher.

Good Grade B

Light scuffs or surface marks only, no deep scratches or dents, battery health 85 percent or higher.

Fair Grade C

Clear cosmetic wear, scratches and scuffs but no cracks, fully working, battery health 80 percent or higher.
