What condition are Mintro's ?

The grade describes appearance only. Every we sell is fully tested and works perfectly whatever its grade.

Excellent Grade A

Looks like new or very close to it, with no marks visible under normal light.

Good Grade B

Light scuffs or surface marks only, no deep scratches or dents.

Fair Grade C

Clear cosmetic wear with scratches and scuffs but no cracks, fully working.

Warranty, returns & delivery

Every is covered by the 24 month Mintro Guarantee against faults, which is two full years of cover. Accidental damage, water damage and misuse are not covered.

Buy online and you have 14 days from the day your order arrives to change your mind, just pay the return postage. Faults are dealt with under the Mintro guarantee.
